A Hay Festival event that has become increasingly popular is the performance by the Community Choir, and all-comers, in St Mary's Church, which tonight was packed with visitors, locals and fans of the choir. The remarkable Fiona Evans has rearranged the work to make it accessible to everyone, and over the previous days has led rehearsals which for anyone who wished to join in, for her philosophy is that absolutely anyone is able to sing.
