David and Catherine James’ cider orchards are carefully managed to produce a range of cider apples for Bulmers and Gaymers for their premium brands, some of which will be available for tasting. In a happily synergistic relationship with a local beekeeper, the trees are pollinated by bees, the nectar making delicious honey. Look inside the beehives and learn how bees make honey and store it for the winter.
