Researcher and chairman of the Fundación Libertad (Rosario, Argentina), whose main goal is the dissemination of public policy matters, particularly socioeconomic and business affairs, promoting ideas on liberty in the context of social relations. Furthermore, he is also a member of the committee of the prestigious Mont Pelerin Society (Prague, Czech Republic), where he takes part in the investigations of the world’s most important liberal think tank.
