(Colombia) An Architecture graduate from Bogota’s University of the Andes, since 1986 she has been working with children’s literature, first as a Director of Publications at the Colombian Association for Books for Children and Young People (ACLIJ) and later as the Assistant Manager of Fundalectura, from its fusion with ACLIJ in 1990 until 2001. In April 2001 she founded Babel Libros, first as a distributor, then as a bookseller and finally, from 2005, as a publishing house. In 2011 Babel opened a lending library with home delivery at its main office to attend to the surrounding community.
