(Colombia) Political analyst and editor. He is the director of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana press. In 2010 he won the Simón Bolívar National Journalism Prize with the article El Manizales Truman Show, a text that contributed to the controversy presented by the magazine El Malpensante about the quality of Colombian university publications. As well as publishing texts in the newspaper El Tiempo and the magazine El Malpensante, he regularly contributes to the cultural supplement Arcadia (Grupo Semana), is a member of its editorial committee and writes a monthly column of cultural criticism for that publication. He is also the current coordinator of Charlas del editor, a monthly space that invites Colombian editors to talk about their professional experiences. Since 2009 he has been on the committee of a number of literary events and prizes held by the Ministry of Culture and the District Institute of Culture.
