Adolfo Córdova (Veracruz, 1983). Journalist, writer, researcher and reading promotor. He has a Master’s in Child and Young Adult Books and Literature from Barcelona’s Autonomous University and the 2015 Juan de la Cabada National Fine Art Prize in the Children’s Story category. He has been a fellow of the UN in Bali and Panama, of the IDB in Seoul and FONCA in Mexico City, as well as a guest researcher at the Munich Jugendbibliothek and the CEPLI in Cuenca. He has been a resident artist at the CaSa in Oaxaca and at the Cornelia Funke Foundation in California. He is the author of several books, including El dragón blanco y otros personajes olvidados (FCE, 2016, White Ravens Selection 2017, Programa Nacional de Salas de Lectura 2018); Jomshuk. Niño y dios maíz (Castillo-Macmillan, 2019, INAH’s Antonio García Cubas Prize in 2019, Banco del Libro’s Mejores 2020, Honourable Mention in the Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz Literature Prize in the Poetry for Children section); and Renovar el asombro.
